4.1 Product Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and other information displayed on our Service are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and the nature of photographic representation. Minor variations in fabric texture and shade may occur between production batches.

4.2 Order Acceptance

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected Products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability or stock limitations
• Errors in product information, pricing, or availability
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Inability to verify or authenticate your identity or payment information
• Orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors

4.3 Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order, but merely confirms that we have received it. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch the Products and send you a shipping confirmation email.

4.4 Availability

All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any Product becoming unavailable.

5.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on our Service are in the applicable currency and include any relevant taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed with a shipping notification.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of items on our Service may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error, we will inform you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated. You are responsible for any additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country of residence. These charges are beyond our control and are not included in the displayed price.

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your delivery location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee.

Risk of loss and title for Products purchased from our Service passes to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier. We are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions).

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items in accordance with our return policy.

7.1 Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned
• Undergarments, swimwear, and personalized items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons

7.2 Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

All Content on the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, audio and video clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of Irem Atelier or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The Irem Atelier name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Irem Atelier. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from our Service, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily cache copies of materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, national, or international law or regulation

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia. However, nothing in these Terms shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may also be entitled to refer any dispute to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, notify you via email or through a prominent notice on our Service.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
